SOWA - SAVE OUR WELLESBOURNE ALLOTMENTS

Cllr. Anne Parry arranged a meeting with Sir Jeremy Wright MP and the Allotments Association in Wellesbourne this afternoon to discuss the best way forward to protecting and preserving the allotments from development.

Our county councillor, Cllr. Penny-Anne O’Donnell, also attended the meeting

both are actively campaigning to exclude the site from the South Warwickshire Local Plan.

They are all objecting to the Allotment inclusion as a potential Reserve Site in the Site Allocation Plan Public Consultation which closes on 29th July.

My thanks to everyone who has recently contacted Clr. Parry to express their concerns, which both Penny-Anne and Anne share.
