April Plot Inspections have now concluded. It was a pleasure to walk around the site & inspect the plots.
The site is looking very tidy & active as people prepare for the new season. Thank you all for your understanding & hard work.
The inspections were carried out to the agreed criteria that can be found here & covered all plots ( including the committees )
All 126 plots were Inspected
Unfortunately 4 Plots Failed the Inspections. Section Reps will contact the relevant Plot Holders for an informal chat on site & will arrange a re-inspection date - approx. 28 days
22 Plots received 'minor ' Observations. Section Reps will contact the relevant Plot Holders to advise. Observations are ' minor' issues that need attention & do not require a re-inspection.
54 Plots do not have Plot Number which presents real issues identifying plots.
